The New York City party was Dec. 3 at Christie’s, hosted by Stephen Lash and Wendy Lehman Lash ’64. The Boston party was Dec. 9 at The Algonquin Club and was hosted by the Boston-area trustees.

Both celebrations filled up quickly after the College began taking reservations. About 360 people turned out in New York and 250 in Boston.

Wait-listed guests were invited to post-party celebrations that provided second chances for Camels to reconnect.

The holidays also brought together a group of Alumni of Color at Zanzibar in New York on Dec. 4. Alumni from a variety of decades -- from the 1970s through the 00s -- gathered to mingle and enjoy time together.

Trustees Frank Tuitt '87, Eduardo Castell '87 and Menzi Lukhele '09 organized and hosted the evening. Those who attended said it was really great to see familar faces and to see people who didn’t know each other beforehand making new friends and connections.
