Associate Dean of Campus Life

As Associate Dean of Campus Life, Geoff Norbert partners with the Dean of the College’s office to create the new student Orientation experience. Norbert and his team in the Office of Student Engagement advise over 70 student clubs and organizations, including club sports, and advise the Student Government Association (SGA) and the Student Activities Council (SAC). Student Engagement works to create a robust calendar of social events for the students of Connecticut College including concerts, class traditions, off-campus trips, and late-night programs.

Before joining Connecticut College in 2016, Norbert served as the director of student engagement at Loyola University Maryland. Norbert holds a bachelor of arts degree in history from Gettysburg College and a master’s in educational leadership from Loyola University Maryland.

Assistant Director of Student Engagement

As the Assistant Director of Student Engagement, Sadie is here to support all clubs and organizations on campus to ensure their needs are met and to engage them with all that our campus has to offer. Sadie is an Alumni of the University of New Haven with experience in events and tourism, business administration and student affairs. Outside of this role, Sadie enjoys reading, going on walks, spending time at the beach and hanging out with her cat!

Budget Coordinator/Office Manager Campus Life

Having earned a bachelor’s degree in management with a concentration in accounting from Franklin Pierce College and a master’s degree in management from Albertus Magnus College, Kim is a seasoned professional who has worked in the fields of higher education, property management, event management, sales and the hospitality industry. When not working, Kim spends time with her family and enjoys crocheting, puzzles, being a Mom, and all things Disney.

As Assistant Director of Outdoor Leadership and Club Sports, Rachel works hard to promote connection, encourage folks to challenge themselves, and reflect on their experiences to activate growth. An alumna of Gettysburg College with a BA in Philosophy, Rachel loves exploring Southeastern CT on her kayak, watching Hartford Yard Goats baseball games, hanging out with her cat, and listening to interesting podcasts in beautiful places.
